Please note that we must impose some restrictions on cancellations and refunds to ensure that our business and other clients are not disadvantaged in any way. The “contract” becomes binding once we confirm your booking and you will be subject to the terms and conditions listed here.

Scheduling sessions

All appointments will be confirmed after booking. If we are not available to take your call (for example, if we’re with a client) please leave your details and we will get in touch with you as soon as we’re available. All sessions are by appointment only, please do not just turn up to the centre as we may not be able to see you at that time.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy exists to encourage you to complete your treatment programme and maintain fairness to our hypnotherapists and other clients. Sometimes results occur slowly and, as we are passionate about getting results for you, we do everything we can to encourage you to stay with your treatment programme. Experience tells us that charging for missed sessions improves attendance and results considerably; helping you and contributing to our good reputation.

Block bookings

Applies to bookings for structured programmes (eg Confidence Rocket or Student Success) and other discounted session rates. Cancellations before 24 hours of planned sessions will not incur any penalties. If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the planned date/time, or if you fail to turn up to an appointment without notice, your session fee will not be refunded. If you wish to continue your treatment plan, you will be asked to pay for the missed session(s) once your paid-for sessions have ended. If you terminate your treatment programme, no fees will be refunded.

Individual session bookings

Applies to bookings for individual sessions. Cancellations before 24 hours of planned sessions will not incur any penalties. If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the planned date/time, or if you fail to turn up to an appointment without notice, you will be charged the full session fee. If you wish to continue your treatment, you will be asked to pay for the missed session(s) at the beginning of your next session. If you terminate your treatment programme, no fees will be refunded.

Initial consultations are free and will therefore not be charged for. However, we reserve the right to refuse future consultations if this gesture of goodwill is abused.

Payments

Payments must be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Maestro), cash or cheque (with valid bankers card). Appointment fee must be paid in full at the beginning of each session. In the case of block bookings, these must be paid for in full at the beginning of the first session.

Employees of corporate clients should contact us to discuss payment methods. Before contacting us, please note that we are not a VAT registered company so cannot supply a VAT registration number. Many of our clients either pay and claim the money back from their employer or pay by company credit card. We can supply bank details for bank transfers on request.

Where these are advertised, no special offer may be used in conjunction with another special offer.

Cures

We can never say that our therapy will cure you of a given condition, in the same way that a doctor’s treatment is not always successful. However, we can promise that we will certainly do our best to get you the best improvement possible.
